“Branch” of one of the largest Russian electronics networks will open on Aliexpress

For years, the most popular Chinese marketplace Aliexpress has been beating a considerable number of potential buyers from Russian electronics and home appliance stores. One of the largest domestic networks – Citylink – has found an interesting way to deal with consumer leakage.

She decided to open her own online representative office on Aliexpress. The Citylink Internet storefront will soon be launched as part of the “premium” platform of Aliexpress – Tmall. It will feature about 20 product categories, including laptops, smartphones, televisions, desktop personal computers. Currently, both companies are preparing for the launch of pilot testing.

In total, over 5,000 products from Citylink will appear on Aliexpress. It is interesting that the synchronization of the assortment, balances and prices of both platforms will occur in an automated mode using the API, and the domestic retail chain will be involved in the delivery of goods, return and resolution of disputes.

Citylink CEO Mikhail Slavinsky said that in the near future, the Russian network will take an active part in Aliexpress promotions, that is, give gifts and give discounts.
